Events Made Easy › Forums › How do I … › How Do I Make Multi-Day Events Appear Days Long On The Full Size Calendar?
Hello.
Great plugin! Extremely useful.
I have several events that span several days. Some are 3-5 days long. When I put the proper datespan into the backend, it only displays the event on the starting date, and none of the following days.
Is there a way to visually indicate that an event is several days long? Currently, it gives a strong impression that all calendar events are one day long, even if they’ve been entered as several days in length.
Thanks for the great work.
Peter
Which shortcode are you using for this?
Hi,
I’m having the same kind of problem – on multiday events, only the the first day is displayed in the calendar.
I’m displaying the calendar simply with
[events_calendar full=1]
Is this working as intended or should all days be visible?
Try this:
[events_calendar full=1 long_events=1]
Oh thank you, I feel so embarrassed now, as this was stated so clearly in the documentation…
Ok, now that I actually tried that, it didn’t do anything 🙂
Well now, that’s not good 🙂 Let me check this out
Are you sure you use the correct syntax? I just tried it here, and it works just fine …
Here’s a screenshot:
Well … for me it works … I’ll test in on this site this evening as well. Is it possible for me to get a temporary admin account on your blog, so I can test the settings?
Yep, what address can I send the logins?
Do you want a fresh install of the latest version, as I’ve modified some code for my own purposes? I tested this on a new install too, of course, so the modifications shouldn’t be the reason.
Well, a fresh install then, in English please 🙂
