I am unable to insert an image onto the Event “Details” using the visual editor. I click on the “Add an Image” icon, select the image I want, (have tried both selecting something from the media library and uploading a new image), and once I click on “Select this image” the window goes blank, and nothing else happens. I’ve tried it with a new event and an existing event that already had an image uploaded previously.

Since I created the original event where I was able to upload an image in the past, I have upgraded WP to 3.0.5, and after I started having trouble, I upgraded my Events Manger Extended to 3.3.1 in the hopes that this might resolve the problem. It didn’t. I have also installed a shopping cart since I first successfully uploaded an image, but I deactivated it and that did not resolve the problem.

One other thing I changed was I had unchecked “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders”, but if I go back and check this it also does not resolve the problem. Either way, I cannot insert an image into event details.

I am able to insert an image into a post or page.

I notice that when I insert and image into a post or page, the button says insert into post, but when I try to insert an image into the Event Details, it says “Select this image”

Any thoughts why this would have stopped working and what I can do to fix it?

This is actually a critical feature for us.

    Thanks

Could I have a temp admin account on your system to try out? Mail me at: liedekef [at] telenet.be

According to the testing: It was the slide show plug-in from iThemes that was acting weird.

    Problem solved
