Events Made Easy › Forums › Generic › Event List Widget multi-category select
EME has been a major life saver for me and I appreciate all the work that has gone into it. At the moment the only thing I’d like to so is selectable categories in the event list widget. Along the lines of the hierarchically categories, it would be nice to have the ability to select multiple categories from with in the event list widget or just pick the top level and it would select all the sub level categories. Also include an exclude dropdown to deselect categories.
Example:
Meetings
–General meeting
–SIG #1 meeting
–SIG #2 meeting
Exhibits
–General exhibits of interest
–Members exhibits
and so on. This way I could have the widget select all meeting and display them, or just select a single meeting from with in the list.

Sub cats don’t exist (yet). But using the events filtering form, you can select categories for events (even multiple ones). See http://www.e-dynamics.be/wordpress/?cat=40
