    There is the event_list Widget.

    It has a setting for ‘scope’, and as a help text it shows ‘(See the doc for [events_list] for all possible values):’.

    The default is ‘future’.

    I can enter Future, Past and All in that field.

    If I enter something else, like Today, This_week, Tomorrow or Sfsjkdofk, it changes it back to ‘future’ as soon as I click ‘save’.

    So, I thought that might also be a bug in the JS, so I disabled JS and made the same change again. The save went OK, but it changed back to ‘future’ as well.

    So, this is really a bug.

    Also, the setting ‘number of events’ doesn’t accept the setting ‘0’, which it should accept when I set the scope to (for example) today (0 should then mean unlimited).

    If it still doesn’t work then, report it back here.

    Concerning “0” for the number of events to show: I need to check this.

    I filled them in without capitals, I just used them in my previous post to make the words more noticeable (the same as putting them between quotation marks but I find this easier to do) 🙂

    So the bug is really there, I’m using 4.0.1 with WP 3.2.1.

    SO, future, past and all do work, everything else I tried doesn’t work and changes back to ‘future’.

    It seems there is some kind of check for valid input, both in the JS and in de real save PHP-code, who both don’t know all the valid words/tags there are.
