I’m receiving blank reservations (both via email and recorded in the system) for events posted on our website, for example:

I’ve tested the system from several locations and whenever I try to register for an event, it won’t let me RSVP without filling in all the fields. But clearly someone is able to — I’m pretty sure these are real RSVPs because one of them is blank (no name or email) EXCEPT for a comment that raises a relevant question, so I know it’s a real human being!

… This is really an embarrassing mistake because people are reserving spaces for events but we don’t know who they are. Could there be some kind of issue or conflict with another plugin, or a problem with the system writing the data to the db?
