Events Made Easy Forums Bug fixed or feature request implemented Event registration – Cancel – Wrong email sent

    Am just been testing registration functionality in EME v1.0.2 WP 3.3.1 and have found that when cancelling an event the wrong content appears to be included in the cancellation email.

    Note that the email header and subject line is correct but the body contains the text that is sent out on registration.

    No specific rush for a fix here but has this been seen elsewhere?

    According to my code, this should be correct. Have you checked the content of this setting in the EME settings page?

    The settings page was the first place I went to check. I’ll try and share some screenshots with you over Google+ if I may.

    But probably screenshots won’t help a lot if you say the settings are ok. Have you checked the individual mail settings for that event? Or is it happening for every event? And are you talking about the cancel mail to the registrant or the admin of the event?

    Ok, it’s the mail to the contact person. That’s not really a bug, just something I didn’t got around to change. Leaving it here, so I’ll take a look at it asap.
