It would be nice if the admin could add reservations in the admin panel. Sometimes after closing time I get an email from a person who is too late, but still wants to participate. If that’s possible I add his reservation directly in the database, but doing this in the admin panel would be much nicer.
Why not just make yourself a private page with the booking form?
Oh of course, it’s right there! I was looking at the “update” and “deny” registration bulk options on that page, but the big old Register form is right above it.
