Hi Franky,
Wondered if you could please help.
I had a hardware error with my server. It took so long to diagnose that I lost all faith with the company and moved to a new host.
I’ve moved from one Linux host to another and using Plesk on both so it ‘should’ be exactly the same environment (to the best of my limited knowledge).
However – for some reason, when the plugin is activated I’m getting a 500 Internal Server Error. I tried disabling all plugins, etc. and it was the EME one that threw the error.
Any idea where I should be looking? I re-installed the latest wordpress. Changed the permalinks and reverted back again. Obviously de-activated and re-activated the plugin. Can’t think of anything else.
Thanks in advance,
Tom
internal server error while using php probably means some php module is not loaded. Try to deactivate the eme setting concerning captchas and see if it works then. The apache error log should give the info about the missing module.
Ok that didn’t work.
Trying to find where I can access the error logs and will let you know how I get on.
Thanks
Tom
I don’t think this is related to the plugin.
Will advise later once confirmed. Sorry
(It was resolved when disabling the plugin but that could be any of the many hacks I’ve done.)
