Hi,
When using #_BOOKINGS I cannot get a booking list to show.
Can you help?
Thanks,
Rod
What is the value of the EME setting called “Bookings list format”?
define('DEFAULT_BOOKINGS_LIST_FORMAT','

#_RESPNAME (#_USER_RESERVEDSPACES)

');

#_EVENTNAME - #m #d, #Y at #G:#i #a - #_RESPNAME - #_FIELD2 - #_RESPEMAIL - #_RESPPHONE - #_SPACES - #_COMMENT

Seems ok. You do know that #_BOOKINGS can only be used inside event format settings (“single event format” or “event list format”), yes? Otherwise it will not be replaced with something you expect.
Sorry, I wasn’t aware of that fact. I’ll try it that way.
Still can not get anything to display.
OK, I got it.
Thanks very much!
Rod
I now have the Booking list displayed and it works fine. However, I have what may be a unique problem. I have the same tour set for each hour from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily for two months and cannot identify who has signed up for which tour by looking at the Booking List or the Attendees list. Can the EVENTNAME with date and time information be added as an item to add to the Booking List?
Thanks,
Rod
PS – tried to donate with credit card and it didn’t work.
Since the bookings list only appears inside an event, it’s up to you to add the info to the event page.
Under Settings – RSVP – BOOKING LIST – It will not take a event name or date information for display. It would be nice to have the complete information show for each event.

There’s always the documentation.
For events: http://www.e-dynamics.be/wordpress/?cat=25
For bookings: http://www.e-dynamics.be/wordpress/?cat=27 (I updated it to clarify the placeholders you can use inside #_BOOKINGS:
For booking lists: only the extra placeholders mentioned below can be used, not the standard placeholders for events. The reason for this is that #_BOOKINGS can only be used inside an event format setting (single or list, it is useless anywhere else), so it only shows info when using event shortcodes on pages. And since you’re using an event shortcode, all event placeholders are already at your disposal.
Thanks, I got it sorted out now.
Thanks again,
Rod
