Events Made Easy › Forums › How do I … › Allow RSVP time limit
I have set my events to be available for registration up to 33 hours before the event starts. People trying to register within those 33 hours can’t do so and the appropriate message is displayed.
Is there a way for the event to not be listed at all once the time limit has been reached? That would avoid people even trying to register…
Thx
Yes, look at conditional tags here: http://www.e-dynamics.be/wordpress/?cat=24 and use the tag #_IS_RSVP_ENDED
Ok, I added this in the Default event list format box in the Events tab and that hid the events within the time limit from the events page:
[eme_if tag='#_IS_RSVP_ENDED' value='0']
I did the same in the List item format box for the widget…
I have it set, both in the plugin and the widget, to show the next 4 events but, with the above tag, only 3 will be shown until the hidden event date has passed…
Thx
In case it wasn’t clear, I was wondering if there was a way to show the next 4 available events all the time, regardless of the events hidden within the time limit?
Thx
For the moment that is not possible. I’ll see if I can add an option to hide events past their RSVP ending limit.
