Hi,
when a user (must be registered) makes a booking, they never receive a confirmation email.
I’ve tested my Worpress with a plugin called “check mail” and it sends mails correctly, so it’s not a problem with either my server, or my WP configuration.
I tried every use case (make a booking, cancel a booking, change a reservation) and apparently no mail is sent (either for the event creator or the person who makes the booking).
Is there a configuration option I’m missing? I’ve looked all over the place but can’t find anything.
Check your EME settings concerning rsvp and mail setup.
I just realized this morning that there were tabs in the preferences menu
I kept scrolling down where all I needed to do was look up 😀
