Franky – PLS HELP!!, I just moved to a lovely new onepage theme ‘oneengine’ (http://www.enginethemes.com/demo/oneengine/) and realised that the events page is obviously a separate page and so is not styled at all and has no logo/navigation/footer e.t.c
The theme uses layout builder to build the home (and only) page and so there is no styling in the theme php files themselves hence the events page is rendered in a blank white page.
I have used the eme calendar on my home page and the links click through to the events page, Is there a way to have the events page not open a separate page, but open in an area within the home page? I believe this uses sthg called AJAX?
Or any other smart solutions you can suggest would be great.
I feel your pain, but currently I have no solution for this.
Although I do like the ajax-solution as a whole, but it needs a lot of work (since I would need to replace whole parts of generated html every time, taken into account that multiple event lists can be on a page or even multiple calendars …). But this solution would solve problem of needing an extra page completely.
