    Please add a “Comments” field that can be entered by a user when a they cancel their registration for a particular event. This would be helpful to the event coordinator to see a reason for the cancellation.

    added cancel form placeholder #_CANCELCOMMENT and corresponding rsvp placeholder #_RESPCANCELCOMMENT
