Tagged: showperiod events list
Hi,
I would like to use the showperiod parameter in my events list. Unfortunately, the output is something like
<li class="eme_period">April, 2017</li>
Is there a way to turn the output into something like
<h2 class="eme_period">April, 2017</h2>
Reason: I am using the Easy Table of Contents Plugin and would like to provide jumplinks to each month in the sidebar widget.
Thanks,
Lorenz
You can change the way the list code is output under Events -> Settings -> Events (tab). You don’t need to have it in a list, you can style it any way you want. I have it set up in divs with h tags on the glenmeadow.org site if you want to take a look. There are multiple sections based on the part of the code, so you just need to pay attention and you may need to change the other sections depending on how you change the code.
In the sidebar widget, you can change everything IN the individual widget. Again, you may need to change the list header and footer formats as well, depending on what you want the code to be.
