Hello Franky,
first of all I would like to thank you for this great and featurerich plugin. I use it on several sites. But setting up on a new site I got two problems:
- Confirming a registration should include three steps: first the attendee gets an email, that we received his registration and will check if he/she can take part. In the second step we send an approvement including payement information – this all works fine. But then we would like to send another email after the registration is marked as payed – this does not work and I can’t find a template for this kind of mail
- To manage the registration we need the data to be imported in excel. The csv export works but we do get blank columns, information we don’t need and I don’t understand
how the columns are ordered. Can I adapt the csv export?
Thanks in advance,

By default it is pending and it is your choice to set it to approved or not, but I would approve only after receiving payment …
The CSV export works just fine here … try using libreoffice to import and see what gives. The first line indicates the meaning of the column.Tue 12 Sep 2017 at 09:51 #56545AnonymousInactiveThanks for your answer. I have to return to this thread. The last week I worked on another project but now I have to manage this one. Your totally right, normaly you should approve after receiving payment – but in this case it is not possible. So there is no way to send two approval mails? The first telling the participant he/she can take part and the next one after receiving the payment.
I think this would be a useful function…
Concerning the csv export: I am using libreoffice. So I can’t select which columns I want to export?Tue 12 Sep 2017 at 10:10 #56546FrankyKeymasterCurrently not possible, no. But the coding to do so is not that difficult, just takes some time (settings, templates, code). Since I rely solely on donations to keep things running: for a small donation this can get implemented quickly 🙂
Thu 14 Sep 2017 at 15:12 #56646AnonymousInactiveSound goods. Are you talking about the csv export or the emails? What amount do you consider a small donation? I have to tell my customer and they have to decide whether they want to pay.
By the way: It is such a brilliant plugin and I suppose it consumes a lot of your time, why don’t you offer a paid version? I would really appreciate paying for it.Thu 14 Sep 2017 at 15:26 #56648FrankyKeymasterI don’t want to enforce people paying for it (I don’t believe it deserves that), but I do believe in donationware (and all donations I receive go to nature/green/animal causes around the world).
Concerning your question: I’m talking about the payment mails. CSV export gives all info and I think it is fairly easy to ignore the columns you don’t find useful.
Concerning the amount: any donation is always greatly accepted.Thu 14 Sep 2017 at 22:23 #56653FrankyKeymasterBtw: if you want to customize your CSV export: you can decide on what to show in the RSVP list and then click on the right ‘CSV’ button …

would be great if you can implement this feature. I already donated!
