Hope I searched well enough that my conclusion is right that there isn’t a placeholder so far that counts the days since an event has started? On the other hand it would be nicer if it already exists. I have a case where it is helpful to see how long a long time event is already running.
I am using #_DAYS_TILL_START so far but it shows the minus before the number.

Would you mind to implement #_DAYS_FROM_END too?
And is there are more elegant way to figure out that an event is happening right now than that one:

And a way to show the duration? The number of days that an event will take place?(It looks like some copy&paste errors in the documentation when it comes to explain le and ge. It refers to lt respectively gt at the end.)
Instead of #_DAYS_FROM_END I deal with #_DAYS_TILL_END that just went negative but I just saw that it is set to -0 one day after the end of an event. Is it supposed to be like that?
Okay. Do you generally prefer a separate thread for every issue? Sometimes I am not sure how to deal with my ideas that seams to be a mix of several questions and requests.
Concerning this thread there is still the feature request for #_DAYS_FROM_END. Maybe you could just give me an estimate what you think about it. Not worthy or at least somewhere deep down on the bottom of the to do list?
