Events Made Easy › Forums › Tips › Template for RSVP no longer allowed message
We would normally set up two separate events for each event. One is the original event where members can book at a lower price until a set break date. The other is for guests and at a higher price. If the original event isn’t fully booked, we allow those waiting for confirmation on the guest event and keep that event open until all seats are gone. This would extend the possibility for members to book, at a higher price, using the guest event.
As it is now, there is only one system wide message for RSVP no longer allowed, which gives members looking at the original event the information that bookimg has closed. I eould like to be able to include in the message for that booking, that they should check the guest event for remaining seats.
Having the possibility to use a template (or manually set it per event) for RSVP no longer allowed, would also make it possible to suggest another event (”Booking is closed, may we suggest that you instead book the event for next month”, or other messages of that style.

You can enclose the placeholder #_ADDBOOKINGFORM inside conditional tags. Something like:
[eme_if tag=#_AVAILABLESEATS]#_ADDBOOKINGFORM[/eme_if]
[eme_if tag=#_AVAILABLESEATS eq=0]My message[/eme_if]
