    Hi!
    I’m getting the following message on my site:

    Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in …/wp-content/plugins/events-made-easy/eme_discounts.php on line 951

    Do you have any ideas how I can solve this?

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

    Your php version is too old (see the EME requirements: it indicates at least 5.6).

    You are right, I’ve checked and it’s php 5.4.45.
    I’ll have to negotiate with the owner of the server.
