    And another email question – Is there a way to send an email to people who attended a past event? If I go to the mail option, it only allows me to select future events. Thank you

    Please create new posts, not reply to existing posts that are unrelated. Read the forum post guidelines.
    Concerning your question: go into the bookings overview, search for your past event and then you can select to mail to all those persons.
