    I think I know the answer to my question but I want to confirm – the Mailings Report shows timestamps labelled “First Read On” and “Last Read On”. Are these the times that the recipient read (accessed) that logged email? If so, I’m guessing that this is done using a remote image (and could be blocked by the client but if it there IS a timestamp, the recipient definitely accessed the email.)

    That’s correct (also see the option “Read tracking” in the EME options page, tab “Mail options”)

    Thanks for confirming, Franky. I’ll review the “Read tracking” documentation.

    I’m frequently surprised and delighted with all features I discover in EME. Your work is muchly appreciated and valued.
