Events Made Easy › Forums › Generic › a Google Maps padding problem
When the name of a location is long and goes to 2 lines in the ‘bubble’ on Google Maps, the bubble loses it’s spacing at the bottom and the bottom content runs right up against the edge of the balloon.
For example: http://neohgolf.com/events/902/eagle-creek-spring-6-m/
Looks like the balloon content might need some css padding on the bottom…
…or maybe the balloon should widen out more to take the full location name, especially in desktop mode.
(Same issue on the ‘all locations map’ too: http://neohgolf.com/golf-course-directory/)
Well, based on the doc for CSS styling: http://www.e-dynamics.be/wordpress/?cat=30
I’m always open for suggestions for a better default. But normally google does the most calculating here …
Looks like some change was made. Now the location name stays on 1 line and the balloon looks perfect. If it was your handiwork, thank you Franky!
Nope, I didn’t change anything, but glad it works again 🙂
