Hello Franky,
when accepting the payment (as a bulk action), the status of the member is set to pending instead of active in the overview.
Member status calculated automatically: yes
has the member paid? yes
Any idea?

Well, to answer your initial question anyway: can it be the membership date hasn’t started yet?
I think something went wrong, as you assume correct. The payment was made outside Mollie and so human intervention was needed. I changed the membership dates again and used the accept payment action and now all is fine 😉
