adding Paypal settings **newbie**

I would like to add the PayPal option to my events, but I do not understand all the technical jargon requesting the certificates. I followed the instructions I found via Google to get my Public certificate file (which I have downloaded) but I do not know where the “Own Public Certificate” file and the “Own Private Key” files are coming from. ~Thanks!

Wow, that’s a lot to work with for a inexperienced developer. I will try to walk through the steps and see if I can figure it out. I know it seems fairly easy to someone with experience. I may have to involve my server support spouse in this one. 🙂

You can always start with an unencrypted button of course …

Just select the option to not use paypal encryption in the EME settings and you can skip the whole certificate thing.
