Admin Filters

I’m trying to get it so that if I filter the admin list of events, then edit one of those events and save it, it will go back to the same filtered list. Otherwise I have to edit, save, reselect my category and filter again. I actually want to even stay on the same page, but first things first.

I’ve tried setting a session variable and a cookie to hold the parameters, but clicking “Submit Event” on the single event edit page seems to wipe all cookies and the session variables.

Is that right? Do you have some other mechanism to keep information between pages?

WP doesn’t use php sessions by default, so that method won’t help you here.
