attendees' list appearance

First, thank you for your hard work on this plugin.

I would like to customize the printable list of attendees’ appearance. I tried to copy the body#printable css containers in eme.css to alter them but it doesn’t seems to work. When I modify them in Firebug or in the main plugin’s css) it works but I need to make these modifications permanent.

Also, I need to sort the attendees’ listing alphabetically by name and not chronologically. Is there an easy solution to work with?

Finally, a functionality to export the attendees’ list in CSV would be greatly appreciated. Could it be implemented in a future release?

Sorry if my questions seems stupid but I’m kind of a newbie (and not very fluently in English).
