attributes don't generate from all email formats

I added an attribute to the respondent pending email format today, and it didn’t show up in the events.

After some trial and error, discovered that they work from the first 2 formats (contact and respondent approve), but not the last 3 (pending, cancelled, denied).

They also work from other non-email fields that I tried.

So, just an FYI… not sure whether they’re supposed to work from EVERY email format or not.
