can allow people to change their ZIP in a booking form?

Hi,

I have a booking form with the fields Lastname, E-Mail, ZIP, CITY.
Some of the fields are greyed out and cannot be changed (like ZIP or CITY). How can I make these fields changeable?

I just have the problem that a user cannot enter ZIP or CITY, although nothing is stored in this field.
