Can’t Find/Remember a Wait List Setting

I am sorry to have to ask this, but as we have started to schedule events again I’ve forgotten how I did a page for when the event is full. I’ve looked really hard to try to figure it out, but I can’t.

When an even is full selecting the event redirects the requester to a new page. I simply can’t remember how the page is generated. It’s in a sub directory and I can’ find it listed in the WP page list. Feeling really stupid.
