I have a custom field (drop down) with the following values for example: a1, a2, a3
The default value is automatically a1. So i have the problem, that a lot of users overlook this field and leave the value a1.
Is there a possibility that there is no default value, like the field is just empty?
Sure. Now you have “a1||a2||a3” (or the values split over several lines when editing).
Just use “||a1||a2||a3” (or: the first line empty when editing).
