I noticed that potential members are directly assigned to a group, without having an active membership yet. Is it possible to add someone to a group (if that is set in membership sign up) only after someone paid and has an active membership?
I just discovered I was sending to a membership group, but 1 person decided not to pay and I almost send that person a membership exclusive email. I had to delete that person manually from the group.
Or perhaps there is another shortcut I don’t know about. It was an event-related email, so I couldn’t send it through the normal general emails.
