Created Events Do Not Show Up?

I am sure you have addressed this in the past, but I’ve followed a couple of threads and have not been able to solve my problem. I run WP 3.0.2 and have d/l and installed via my CMS your most recent version of EME (3.2.11). I have established an Events page and have created a new event, however, only a limited amount of the information will be appear in the side widget, and furthermore, the Events page does not even appear on the Page bar. Please let me know what I can do to fix this, thank you.

Check the documentation page on shortcodes and placeholders for how to format your events and such:

Also check your settings in general. The automatically created events page should not be shown in the menu, only your own pages (see the shortcodes, and formatted with placeholders).
