Custom Fields sorting

Hi,

is it possible to change the order of custom fields in Events. i have set up serveral custom fields for events. now they appear in the order of “date of creation”, which might be a bit confusing for those who will manage my events in the future. i want to give it a bit more structure.

I thought about changing the field_id in the database. does this make sense?

It is indeed not possible to change the order. While changing the field_id might help, you’ll also need to change the corresponding answers.
Best would be to create a filter that allows to change this 🙂
The next version will have these filters:
eme_event_formfields, eme_location_formfields, eme_membership_formfields
These will allow you to influence how the formfields are shown.
