Customize iCal Export

Hey there,

congrats on your plugin, I love how you can customize so many different things here. There’s one thing though that I miss: customization of the iCal Calendar file.
Let me give you a short example. I only use the location names for my events, and it’s no problem to display only the location names with the shortcodes (e.g. #_LOCATIONNAME) on the website. However, in the iCal-file, also the location address and town are included (which are empty), so the location in the iCal file is set to “<Name>, , “. To have a “<Name>” output only I modified the eme-ical.php to overcome this problem temporarily, but it would be great if you check for empty fields and include some options to customize the iCal export. Maybe add an option to exclude the time zone support, attachments or URLs.

In the next version you can now also customize the location field for an event in the ical feed.
The rest is common good, and adding it for 1 person is over the top …
