    Hi,
    I make a multiseat, multiprice RSVP form, the confirmation mail wok well, but denied and update email don’t work. Before the change in multiprice, denied and update email work well.
    I had same problem vith #_NAME. Now I set in the RSVP form #_FIRSTNAME and #_LASTNAME, could be it the problem? I tryed many solution but none of them work!
    Any idea?

    What is not working in your mails? Indeed you need to use the RSVP placeholders, see

    EME does not send denied and update emails.
    I saw the documentation and made many unsuccessful attempts.

    Then check your mailserver logs … if mails are sent when rsvp is done, then they should always be sent.
    EDIT: mails are of course NOT send if the subject OR content of the mail is empty, so you might want to check your settings for those.

    I’m going crazy, thanks in advance for any help
    I just started with wordpress and I’m not very expert, I don’t know where to find the mail server logs. I have installed the plugin Log Emails but it does not list any email, despite the confirmation email functions perfectly.

    Please check with your web provider for your mailserver logfiles. I don’t see anything wrong in your settings …
