Discount applied by using a checkbox

Hi,
is it possible to have a checkbox in the RSVP form that applies a Discount and the Dynamic Price gets updated? I have setup a Single Price event, a discount group that contains a fixed discount, but i don’t know how to get this discount applied. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

A discount has a “Coupon code” (the value that the client needs to fill out). If you leave that value empty (the ‘early bird’ modus), then the discount automatically applies for that event and the dynamic price info gets adjusted accordingly.

i’m trying to answer and send some of my settings and code parts i have used, but when i hit submit i get an error message “We’re sorry, you are not allowed to proceed ….”

does the code parts need to be formated in a special way?
