    Hello

    When I click view/preview or click on the link in the Events list it gets redirected to the blogs page instead of the events page.

    My sites permalink structure is : sitename/%postname%

    I tried enabling and disabling the permalink option in the SEO tab in the Settings page. Tried enabling and disabling the plugin and clicking save permalink in the Settings->Permalink tab. Nothing seems to work

    Sounds like you changed/deleted the events page.
