Event Image Integration

very cool plugin.. I am quite blown away by the possibilities it offers.

I have a client requesting events listed by month which was easy enough using short codes but they also wanted to have 3 featured events above this list and they wanted to have the event image as the background of the event with the event title and date floated over it.

I understand how to pull in the image no problem using #_EVENTIMAGEURL but I don’t see a way to style it as a background image. If I could include inline styles ie style=”background:url(#_EVENTIMAGEURL); in the Event List Format I could see pulling it off this way but I don’t think its possible.

If there is a way to do this that I am missing I would love to hear your thoughts.

you can put any html in the header, footer or list format settings.

oh wow.. thanks for the heads up..

I must have been doing something wrong then. I couldn’t seem to get it to work. I will try again and see if I can get it to show up..
