Is there a way to allow the designated “contact

Only via the admin interface: give them the capability you’ve set for “List events”, and then the contact person should only see his “own” events and should be able to click on the CSV link.
this recommendation is not clear –
admin interface – under user?
I cannot seem to locate an option where I can set anything for “list events”.
What am I missing here?
Every WP user can always access the admin interface, even though with limited (or no) access.
In the admin interface, EME settings tab “Access rights”, you can set access rights for just about anything concerning EME (including “List events”). You need to play around and test these a bit, but it will help you along.
There are no specific EME related roles within User Role Editor that I can find.
When I create a user, I define them from subscriber to author, etc.
there does not seem to be a way to assign within EME to those subscriber, etc roles.
There doesn’t even seem to be a common set of tasks within the roles that I can follow?
Again: in the admin interface, EME settings tab “Access rights”
