Hi there, I have two questions.
I’m still checking this plugin out, but I have to say so far it is so nice to see a plugin to be so flexible, thank you so much for putting this together.
1. How do I change the system, if possible, so that when a person sign up for anything, the booking is automatically added to the category Pending bookings, and when they have payed for the event, then it gets moved to Approved Bookings ?
2. Is it possible to have a person sign up to an Event and lats say the event costs €100. If they want to split up the payment, can I somehow manually divide this into two or tree payments for one particular user? For example they pay over a 2 month period, 50€ each month.. like a down payment?
Thu 30 Jan 2020 at 15:02 #60756FrankyKeymaster1) That’s the intented way of using it 🙂 When creating the event, select in the RSVP section “require approval”, then bookings are pending. Also check “auto-approve after payment”, then it does what you want 🙂
2) That ‘s still something in the pipeline …Thu 30 Jan 2020 at 17:35 #60761AnonymousInactiveHi Franky,
1. Brilliant, didn’t see that 🙂
2. That would be awesome.
Popping up some more questions as I continue to set things up. Let me know if you want this in a new forum topic..
3. How do I print the price in RSVP to show what they cost..?
Here is an example I am testing: https://spiritsofannagreta.com/events/connect-with-your-intuition/4. I also want the first price set to 1 automatically if possible?
5. Maybe even if I can have the first price set automatically (not possible with a 0 choice)
Then for the other two Food and Accommodation have checkbox for each instead of dropdown.. ?Thu 30 Jan 2020 at 20:28 #60763FrankyKeymaster3) I can’t see your link, but take a look at #_DYNAMICPRICE , if you want to show the price of a dropdown choice, you should add it to the tag for that option in the field definition.
4) If you want the first price to be 1, set that option the first, there’s currently no other method currently
5) You can have checkboxes too with extra charge … just set it in the field definitionSat 1 Feb 2020 at 17:43 #60779AnonymousInactiveHi Frank,
thanks for getting back to me.
3) Sorry the link was set to draft, it’s public now so you can see:
https://spiritsofannagreta.com/events/connect-with-your-intuition/
I’m not sure I understand, where is the Field Definition? I’m also not sure I understand when to use Dynamic data?4) Not sure I understand here, how do I set the value to be automatically set?
5) How do I set the Field Definition to check boxes and have one already checked as point 4?
Sat 1 Feb 2020 at 17:57 #60780FrankyKeymaster5) that’s currently not possible
4) I mean the first value of a dropdown is being taken as he value “set”
3) The field definition is in the Fields submenu, where you defined your field. Also, for dynamic data, read about it at the bottom part of https://www.e-dynamics.be/wordpress/category/documentation/7-placeholders/7-6-registration-form-fields/
And maybe check the tuturial in general: https://youtu.be/TCXQbgsrSZA (42 minutes 🙂 )Sat 1 Feb 2020 at 21:51 #60782AnonymousInactiveI think I found another way to make what I wanted.
Setting the RSVP to only one price, not multi price. Then there is one charge regardless. And then adding Custom Fields with checkbox that adds to the price 🙂
Love your video btw, very informative 🙂 -
