    On the following example booking page:
    https://cfd.direct/openfoam-training/denver/

    … the form at the bottom is specified using 3 templates: one each for the body, header and footer:
    [eme_add_multibooking_form id=107,108 template_id=3 template_id_header=1 template_id_footer=2]

    In 2.0.76, this works fine.
    In 2.0.77-2.0.80, I get two error messages on screen (box, yellow background) saying that a template is missing a #CAPTCHA entry. I assume the messages correspond to the header and body templates that are not meant to have a #CAPTCHA entry. This also breaks the form since the courses do not appear.
