forced location ?

Hi, it seems no matter what, that I am forced to give a location name, address and city. Is there anyway to avoid this? Some events are private, I would much rather not have stuff in there, however..I have two other dilemmas I am trying to figure out what to.

1) I tried an attribute w/the address info, however attribute does not seem to like breaks, even if I somehow wrap it in span, although it seems I got bold to work inside when I was testing another one.

2) For location, there is a location description, but I couldn’t find how to have that automatically show in my event if there was one. Can you describe how/what the location description (not event location details) is for? I couldn’t find a placeholder for it. Still trying to figure out how I would make it work; but wanted more info on it.

For an event, no location info is required. However, if you give a location, it needs a name/address/city.
The location description can be get by using #_LOCATIONDETAILS

Thanks for the quick reply. The if statements helped me with hiding and formating (found after I posted). Will work around the rest. I think the way I was trying to use locationdetails wasn’t correct; which isn’t going to work for me anyways since I have to use all of location or none.
