How do I make my calendar widget look like the one on the e-dynamics website?

Hi,

I am looking to make my calendar widget look like the calendar widget on the e-dynamics website? My calendar does not look visually appealing.

My site is http://www.viraconsolutions.com. The first calendar in my right sidebar was created using the calendar widget created by the eme plugin. The second calendar widget is a text widget with the eme-calendar shortcode in it. Neither are the one e-dynamics has on its website.

Sorry, I’m a total WordPress newbie. What can I do to the CSS to make it look correct? Will I have to change my theme’s CSS or is this something I have to do in the widget CSS?
