Initialize values of display formats in individual posts to defaults

In individual event editing, it would be simpler to edit “Single event title format” and “Single event format”, etc. if the boxes were already filled with the default layout code.

Actually, that’s pretty clever to have the values blank until you click in the box. Well implemented. Can you temporarily replace newlines with an uncommon character, then replace that character with newlines when initializing the text box to avoid javascript errors?
