My client runs an after school program and they would like to use the multibooking form for their students to pay. Because this is an every day ‘event’ the list is very long for the form and not very user friendly. Is there a way to make the view/template be a monthly tabled calendar with just a drop down or even a checkbox on the day so they could select the number of students who will attend per day and then pay for all the dates they selected via multi-booking?

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Is this even possible?

Hmmm … don’t think so, but changing the events to “attendance”-type will help you a bit I guess …

Maybe this needs moved to the feature request then…

Here is the page I’m referring to: http://bigdreamarts.com/after-school-art-club/pay/
The parents who are signing up are having a difficult time navigating and selecting dates because it’s not in a calendar format. It’s also requiring them to scroll all the way to the bottom to finish since the list of dates available is so long – this can be a pain on mobile devices.

I would think this would be an important feature for day cares or similar.

    Thanks again!

Even in a calendar it would be difficult since you ask for extra info per day …

    I don’t actually need extra info per day (I don’t think…).

    Here’s what I’m thinking:
    -Contact Form
-Calendar view of dates (table) instead of list (with either checkboxes or drop downs in the day box).
    -Total of all selected dates.
    -Payment page

This is a feature my client is willing to pay for. What would the cost be to implement something like this?
