    I must be logged in to have the form “new booking” displayed, even if the check-box requesting WP registration for new booking is not checked.

    Did I miss something ?

    What placeholder do you use when trying to show the form?
    Btw: I tried it here, rsvp form shows just fine when not logged in too.
