No past events in search results

Hi,
I followed the instructions from the FAQ to include events in the search results, and it works just fine for future events, but past events (of which we have many) do not appear.
Is this expected behavior and/or is it possible to include all events in search (past, present and future)?

I forgot to document the scope option for the function eme_wordpress_search_events, I now added it to the FAQ. In your case:
$events = eme_wordpress_search_events("all");
