Hi Franky,
I was trying to send a ‘you still have to pay’ email tot members who did not pay yet for the membership.
I went to the non-active members through ‘members’ and then filtering them.
Then selecting them > bulk action> send them membership related mails –> and then using a subject template and a message template. When pressing ‘apply, I get a message in that row telling me to ‘wait a moment’, but nothing is being send.
Is it something I am doing wrong?
First, you can use the mass action “resend the mail for pending members” in the members overview.
However, your method should be working, but I’m assuming the subject is too long (is that possible, due to the use of a template?). The next version will be more strict in that regard.
I did that one, when I saw it didn’t work to do a custom template.
The subject title was not long at all. I tried again after the update and now it works! 🙂
Well, the update (in that case) just limited the sender/receiver name/email and subject in length. So one of those must have been too long. Anyway, since it works now: glad it does 🙂
