Participants from different countries can not register

My website is hosted in Austria. Since the last update (2.0.14) participants from Germany can no longer register for events. When sending the registration, an empty registration form will be displayed instead of the confirmation message. All required fields have been filled in, we have tested this several times.

Participants from Austria and Switzerland can successfully register for events. Unfortunately, I do not have the opportunity to test other countries.

I have no idea what that may be. Until the previous version, the application worked.

Weird. Right now i got response from germany that registration works again. The only what i did 15 minutes before was updating the “Easy Facebook Likebox” plugin.
