    Hi

    We want to be able to take paypal payments and utilise the option of not having to have a paypal account to do so (ie pay by card through paypal)

    The setting in Paypal “PayPal Account Optional” is set to ON but still there is a requirement to have a paypal account before you pay. If you don’t you are asked to sign up. How can this be changed to allow optional card payments?

    It turns out this only occurs in sandbox mode. When the live mode is enabled all works fine.
