permalinks problem

I have problems with permalinks and dont work also without options on the plugin to use permalinks. I have read this tipps and also check all ideas of this thread: http://www.e-dynamics.be/bbpress/topic.php?id=565

But no chances for an solution.

I have installed in the folder /blog/, but the link on the webserver-config is on this folder. I have play with different options in .htaccess and for wp_home and site-url:

define( ‘WP_HOME’, ‘http://www.bcm-news.de/blog’ );

define( ‘WP_SITEURL’, ‘http://www.bcm-news.de’ );

in all different settings, the link to an event-entry of the plugin go to the home.site of the website and when i deactivate the settings for permalins then is the link to the same page, that we caom from. Please see on this live site:

The last dont work ,current you find this link on month “27 Juni 2011”, bottom left.

WP is 3.1.2, Plugin is 3.3.4

Check the mysql table wp_options, option_name “siteurl” (and “home” as well maybe). Sometimes wp is getting things wrong …
